My purchases will not restore.

I purchased Kaijis bundle in the middle of September. When I went to go play it would let me. It is saying that I need to buy it. Which I already did. It is the same device. I tried restoring the purchase. But it just no stop loads. So I tried to uninstall it. Then same thing happens. It just constantly loads and do nothing.

Rating is for the game in genral. I love the game.
